Apparently French women are not going topless at the beach this summer due to pessimism about the economy. Damn you American, sub-prime mortgage crisis, look at what you have wrought! Well, that and all the foreclosures and the billions and billions of lost home equity value. But still, the French beaches not being topless is a bitter pill to swallow.
